Jenn Kosses, Ed.D

Jenn Kosses, Ed.D., Jenn Kosses, Ed.D., currently serves as the Dean of Students at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston,MA.  Jenn will bring her decades of expertise in student discipline process, student handbooks, behavioral intervention/threat assessment and residence life to Fortify Associates.  Prior to her role within the Dean of Student's Office, Jenn served in many roles within the functional are of Residence Life at a variety of institutions. Jenn has been a leader in NASPA serving in multiple capacities at the regional level including co-founding the New Professional Mentoring Institute with Fortify Associates, Principal, Dr. Laura De Veau.

Jenn earned her Bachelors at Merrimack College in Business Administration, her Masters of Higher Education at Boston College, and her Doctorate of Education from Northeastern University.  Jenn also serves as adjunct faculty at Merrimack College in the Masters Level Higher Education program.
